About RacketSpec Lab

1. Purpose & Methodology

RacketSpec Lab is a 100% client-side physics and inverse-customization instrument for tennis frames, built around the parallel axis theorem, compound pendulum timing, and bounded non-negative least squares (NNLS). Note that all zone calculations use a 2D point-mass approximation and cannot replace a dedicated commercial RDC machine for absolute factory calibration.

2. Strict Data Integrity Policy

No scraped third-party database values or unverified estimates are presented as facts. Every preset value requires either an official manufacturer catalog URL or direct physical measurement by the user.

3. Creator Profile & Bench Setup

Built by Jun, an aggressive baseliner playing with a Babolat Pure Aero 100 (300 g unstrung, strung with Babolat RPM Blast 1.25 at 50/48 lbs; secondary frames: Yonex Percept 100 and Head Radical MP). Home bench measurements use a 0.1 g digital scale, a steel tape measure referenced to the butt cap, a two-support fulcrum for center-of-mass (COM) reaction readings, and 240 fps smartphone slow-motion video for 10-cycle small-amplitude (under 10 degrees) compound-pendulum timing.
